Send the file directly from your camera without downsizing, attach to this email in .jpg or .png format.
1. Use digital camera (at least 6 megapixel, no webcams) with FLASH ON. It is MUCH better to use an actual digital camera and NOT YOUR PHONE. This is the MOST important part of your order, please take the time upfront to do it right.
2. Stand at least 6ft from camera (best results are when camera is at or slightly above forehead level).
3. Photo should show from the top of the chest up, including a small space above your head.
4. Take the photo indoors with FLASH ON and avoid shadows or harsh light from windows or overhead lighting.
5. Stand in front of a plain background or wall (light color preferred) and wear contrasting clothing (ex. light colored solid background, dark shirt).
6. Be conscious of your attire compared to your ID's "Issue Date" (ex. if you have a summer issue date, then you should wear appropriate clothing for that time of year).
7. NO hats or apparel obstructing face or head. Make sure hair is behind your ears and not covering your face.
8. NO glasses even if they are prescription.
9. Keep a neutral facial expression as some DMV's require this.
**Please keep in mind we are trying to replicate a normal DMV photo. Dress as if you were going to take the photo at the DMV.

Are your IDs scannable?
Yes! They scan everywhere.
Do your IDs have holograms?
Yes! They all have the appropriate holograms.
Do they pass the blacklight test?
Yes! They are all made with UV Ink.
Do they pass the bend test?
Yes! All of our IDs pass the bend test. The ID will never crumple.
You guys photoshop/crop the photos so they're realistic right?
Yes we do. Your photo will be cropped and will have the correct background color added to it.
Can I get my backup of a different state?
No, sorry the backup is a duplicate of the original state.
Do I have to get the custom signature?
Nope, not at all. We will provide you with signature unless you want a custom one.
What is the $25 fee for the instate FL for?
Its for a clear overlay that goes on the back of the ID. It’s really only checked for that in Florida.
How long will the whole process take?
It will be produced within 3 days (usually we have it completed within the first 48 hours) and then it is shipped. It should arrive within 8-13 days.
What if I lose my ID or get it taken away?
If you black out a lot and always have a tendency of losing your fake ID while being too hammered, we offer reprints of $100 each. However, they are only $85 each at the time of purchase!
Can I order if I'm over 21?
We prefer not to cater to people over 21. We don't like to encourage identity theft.

They are reloadable “Paks” that can be purchased at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, K-mart, 7-11, and Rite-Aid. All you do is go grab one, and bring it to the cashier and add the amount. There is a service fee of $4.95.

How do I pay on larger orders?
With Green Dot MoneyPaks. There may be a $500 limit on each card, but just purchase and reload several cards. eg: On a $1500 order you would grab 3 MoneyPaks and load $500 each on them.
